New T3 Turbocharger for VW 1.6L Turbodiesel Golf Jetta Rabbit and Quantum. Not for TDI or 1.9TD. The turbo and oil lines will bolt on without modification.
The intake section of this turbo is larger than stock. Your hoses probaby won't fit the larger openings. If you are looking for more boost, or the ability to adjust your boost, this turbo is for you. This turbo is the same size as the Mercedes 6 cylinder turbo. Notice that the wastegate can be adjusted with washers placed under the bolts to add preload to the wastegate. I have EGT gauges and boost gauges in stock to help tune this turbo. Special Note: If you have the KKK K14 turbo, the oil line won't match up, and the downpipe connection a little different.
